John W. Post III
President & Chief Executive Officer
John W. Post III is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of LPIT Solutions, Inc.
Before founding LPIT, Mr. Post had established a proven record at a leading Fortune 1000 Technical Consulting firm and was responsible for serving most of West Michigan's Largest Companies. He specialized in providing technical solutions for businesses by delivering efficient results in a timely and cost effective manner. Mr. Post’s experience in the Healthcare and Technology industries began in the early 1990’s and led to the formation of LPiT Solutions Inc. in 2002. Today Mr. Post is responsible for developing and managing the strategic relationships and partnerships with both Health Care Providers and Suppliers that have led to LPIT’s success.
Mr. Post is past Chairman of the Board of the Mental Health Foundation of West Michigan (2006-2009) and continues to serve on the executive committee. Mr. Post enjoys golf, outdoor activities, and is actively involved in the activities of his three young children.
J. Scott MacGregor
Partner
J. Scott MacGregor has been a Partner at LPIT Solutions, Inc. since 2006. Mr. MacGregor is CEO Emeritus of LPIT. Although no longer serving a day-to-day operational role, Mr. MacGregor remains a Partner and works closely with Chief Executive Officer, John Post, on strategic advisory and corporate financial activities. Prior to LPIT, Mr. MacGregor gained 25 years of banking, construction materials management, commercial real estate investment and development experience. Mr. MacGregor has a wide range of corporate strategy and financial management experience. Mr. MacGregor enjoys fishing, several sports and spending time with family.
Alan J. Brander, RN, BSN, BSW, MBA, ACHE
Director of Implementation and Training, TrackCore
Alan J. Brander is Director of Implementation, TrackCore at LPIT Solutions, Inc. Mr. Brander joined LPIT in 2007, and is head of training & implementation activities. In addition, Mr. Brander is head of LPIT consulting & advisory services, providing industry insight to a number of leading healthcare organizations and publications. Prior to joining LPIT, Mr. Brander gained over 25 years of extensive healthcare experience. Beginning as a clinician in Social Work and Nursing,
he served in healthcare leadership positions including Assistant Director in an
adolescent substance abuse program, Senior Manager of Peri-Operative Services, Director of Emergency and Trauma Services, and more recently, Chief Nursing Officer of Spectrum Health United Memorial (United Hospital and Kelsey Hospital).
Mr. Brander holds a BSW from Calvin College, BSN from the University of Illinois, an MBA/HCM from the University of Phoenix, successful completion of the Executive Leadership Institute from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, and is a member of the American Academy of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Mr. Brander enjoys golfing and spending time with his daughters and wife.
James A. Casavant
Director of Technology
James A. Casavant has been Director of Technology at LPIT Solutions, Inc. since 2003. Mr. Casavant started programming software at the age of 12 and has held positions at a variety of software companies since 1995. He has held positions at Select Ticketing Systems, Wise Solutions, SoftAd Group, Inc and Trillium Teamologies.
Mr. Casavant holds a BA from Claremont McKenna College and a Masters degree from Wayne State University. When he is not keeping an eye out on the latest and greatest technologies, Mr. Casavant is also an avid ice hockey and cycling fan and enjoys spending time with his family.
Brent E. Maring
Director of Sales, TrackCore
Brent E. Maring has been Director of Sales at LPIT Solutions, Inc. since 2004. Mr. Maring is head of
TrackCore sales and responsible for related strategic accounts and contractual negotiations. Mr. Maring has over 15 years of national and international sales experience in the technology and healthcare sectors. In addition, Mr. Maring is actively involved in several charity organizations, including The Mental Health Foundation of West Michigan and Access of West Michigan.
Mr. Maring holds a BA from Calvin College, and an MSW from Louisiana State University. Mr. Maring enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
Joseph A. Pascaretta
Head of Marketing & Business Development
Joseph A. Pascaretta is head of Marketing and Business Development at LPIT Solutions, Inc. Mr. Pascaretta is responsible for guiding corporate growth, marketing strategy and communication functions. Prior to joining LPIT, Mr. Pascaretta was President & Corporate Director of The Alps Lawn Company, and Chief Executive Officer of Alps Technology. Mr. Pascaretta has received several distinguished honors, including the Midwest NFIB/VISA Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Product Solutions 2008 (Central Great Lakes) and has been a featured speaker at organizations around the country.
Mr. Pascaretta holds a BA from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. Mr. Pascaretta is an avid pilot, enjoys golfing and traveling.
