FDA, etc…) regulations regarding the tracking of tissue and implants, TrackCore
also allows hospitals to streamline their tissue tracking process, increasing efficiency
and accuracy, with a cost-effective system designed to save time and unnecessary
hassle. The real-time access to a centralized database allows hospitals to enter
tissue information from any location and enable them to run up-to-the-minute reports.
LPIT Solutions offers clinical consulting services, conducted on-site with hospital
staff and executives. LPIT clinical experts use the Toyota Production System to
evaluate clinical tissue and implant handling processes and offers process improvement
methodology and tools. Examples include process mapping, SWOT analysis, What/Who
matrix, 7 Types of Waste Assessment, and Fishbone diagram. The LPIT Consulting team
