Process Flow Consulting
LPIT Process Flow Consulting is structured to help organizations strategically identify
unnecessary, repeated, or missing steps in your process flow. A healthcare leader
is sent to your organization to understand any weaknesses in systematic processes
throughout your organization. LPIT senior consultants are equipped with the knowledge
to identify areas of improvement and have the necessary experience to guide you
and your staff on new processes to eliminate inefficiencies.
Once on site, LPIT’s consultant will conduct your session using Toyota Production
System. The consultant will create charted diagrams, process flow mapping and other
visual references customized for your organization, allowing an array of staff members
to understand the improvement process.
Q&A sessions are specifically scheduled to ensure all staff members have a chance
to understand new processes before they are integrated into your workflow. The Consultant
will provide a written action plan to address the changes necessary for improvement
and will conduct follow-ups by phone to ensure your organization is compliant.
